Automate the stuff.

I build internal tools and AI workflows for business ops, from London.

Things I've built

Good systems run quietly. Here's a look under the hood.

  1. Slimedom: booking system and site

A slime-workshop business opening its second branch. Parents gave up on its four-screen booking plugin and phoned instead, and staff kept two diaries.

2 venues → 1 flowevery step on their site, except paying

Headless booking on Wix's API, with the rules Wix lacks written as automations: a party books out the room, a workshop blocks a party, broken pay links get resent. One diary for online, walk-in and phone.

  2. Council Planning Tracker

A construction SME found new work by leafleting homes that had just applied for planning permission. Finding them meant searching 16 council portals, one at a time.

5 hrs → 15 minper week, from 16 portals to a lead list

One search across every borough. Results stream in live, addresses get cleaned and tagged by job type, and one click exports a mail-merge-ready spreadsheet.

I did the boring stuff by hand first.

Most software fails because the builder doesn't understand the operation. I spent my first years on the business side, at Amazon and Babcock, so I design tools around how a team actually works: reliable automation first, and AI only where it earns its place.
